UNC Kenan-Flagler is one of the largest MBA real estate programs in the nation. Approximately 10-12 percent of our Full-Time MBA students complete the Real Estate Concentration.

Course Offerings

You can select courses for a development track and/or a finance/investments track to complete the concentration requirements. One of the defining features of the concentration is the capstone course, Real Estate Development Process, in which you have the opportunity to source and manage a development project from concept to delivery. Real Estate Development Case Challenge

UNC Kenan-Flagler hosts a spring Case Challenge for 16 of the top MBA programs from around the world. Our students also participate in case competitions across the nation.

Real Estate Global Immersion Elective

This for-credit elective provides our real estate students with a global perspective of real estate market beyond our borders. Recent visits include Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Dubai, Israel, Morocco, Portugal and Uruguay.
