You’ll stay relevant.

You’ll learn in-demand skills, build concrete knowledge and engage in rich experiences that prepare you to tackle today’s real-world business challenges — and tomorrow’s.

Our professors examine critical issues influencing 21st century business – and you benefit from their insights, in the classroom and in your boardroom. You also can tap the thought leadership of our Frank Hawkins Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise and centers that focus on real estate, the business of health, sustainability, energy, investment management, family business and taxation. They convene the best minds for dynamic conferences and speaker series where you engage, learn and expand your networks.

Experiential learning is woven throughout our programs. You take what you learn in classes and apply them in ways that ensure those lessons serve you throughout your career.

Professor and students in classroom

UNC Kenan-Flagler students possess the skills, knowledge and experience to tackle the emerging challenges of the business world.

You learn by doing through consulting projects that address organizations’ real challenges in our STAR program. You learn real-world real estate – both development and investment – and the business of healthcare. Our students manage millions of dollars in a variety of funds and develop sustainability solutions.

Taken together, you develop skills you will use in throughout your career: leadership, problem solving, teamwork, effective communication and data analysis for decision making.
