The Center for Decision Research at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School was established in 2005. Our lab serves as a premier hub for the study of judgment, decision-making and organizational behavior.
Our facilities enable researchers to conduct controlled experiments and gather robust data on human behavior and cognition. Experiments conducted in our lab span a wide range of topics, including judgment, motivation and organizational dynamics.
We are proud to host projects that further our understanding of human behavior and generate meaningful insights for business, policy and society. Our lab is open to all members of the UNC research community as well as external collaborators. We encourage interested researchers to utilize our facilities, equipment and expertise to conduct impactful behavioral studies. For more information, please reach out to our lab manager, Min Young Lee.
