Chair, Investment Management Wealth & Women Initiative
Tanya Aggarwal is the chair of the Wealth & Women initiative of the Alpha Challenge. During the summer she worked at Amgen Inc. at Thousand Oaks, California in the Finance & Strategy Leadership Development Program. In the spring of 2024, she participated in a project with White River Value advisors working on researching European equities. Before graduate school, Tanya worked in Forensic Auditing and Income Tax Litigation. She is from India and attended Ramjas College, Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant.
Alpha Challenge Chair, Committee Member for Investment Management Wealth & Women
Ryan is a second-year MBA student at UNC Kenan-Flagler, he serves as the 2024 Alpha Challenge Chair and the treasurer of the MBA program. He spent this past summer at Cambridge Associates in both San Francisco and Boston.

Tracy is a junior at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School majoring in business and minoring in Data Science & Public Policy. Her professionals interests are investment banking, private equity.

Cameron Goodman is the Investment Management Club’s co-vice president of leadership and development (Equity, Credit, Alts.). During the summer of 2024 Cameron worked as an MBA associate at Purpose Equity, a boutique investment banking firm based out of Columbia, South Carolina. Throughout the spring, Cameron worked with a private equity firm called Modern Energy to help develop valuation frameworks for their portfolio companies. Prior to returning to get his MBA, Cameron worked for 10 years in sales and operations for a specialty heavy lifting and transportation subcontractor.

Olivia is a junior from New Canaan, Connecticut studying business and statistics. Her interests are investment management and securities research after graduation. In her free time, she enjoys baking, hiking and puzzles.

Naomi is a junior from Spartanburg, South Carolina, studying business and music. She is the current president of Smart Women Securities at UNC and is interested in investment management. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new coffee shops and thrifting with friends.
