Jessica leads and manages the UNC Kenan-Flagler Human Resources Office. She provides senior level leadership and management of all human resource functions, issues and initiatives. She serves as a strategic partner for UNC Kenan-Flagler and the broader University HR community.

Roscoe serves as deputy to the assistant dean of Human Resources and as the principal data-retention officer for UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.  He supervises the Special Ops team within the Human Resources (HR) office and has primary responsibility for the development and management of HR analytics.  Roscoe also oversees employee relations matters, offering mediation for interpersonal issues between employees, as well as consultation and counseling to managers on appropriate steps to address performance and/or conduct concerns.

Arline is responsible for all faculty-related human resources matters, including appointment, promotion, and tenure; tenure clock extension requests, faculty leave requests, distinguished scholar appointments, secondary administrative appointments for EHRA faculty, phased retirement requests, summary salary for nine-month EHRA faculty, compensation and pay, leave, conduct, and policies and procedures. Arline offers consultation and counseling on all faculty concerns.

Greg is responsible for all staff-related human resources matters, providing consultation for any SHRA or EHRA-NF needs that arise outside of the recruitment process. This includes position creation and management, classification and compensation, and performance management.

Mayra is the lead manager for the recruitment process for EHRA Non-Faulty and Permanent SHRA employees. She is responsible for and offers consultation on position posting, the recruitment and hiring process, new employee orientation and on-boarding for the School.

Britton is the lead manager for all immigration and faculty recruitment human resources matters, including consultation and processing of all visa documents related to the visa process for non-immigrant status individuals and faculty recruitment from posting to offer acceptance.

Nada is the lead manager for all student and temporary employee matters and serves as the time information management (TIM) administrator for the School. She handles hiring of all student and temporary employees, time and attendance for all employees of the School and assists employees with planning their Family Medical Leave.

As the human resources operations specialist, Erica is responsible for providing dependable operations support to the UNC Kenan-Flagler Human Resources Office. This includes independent management and processing of the School’s faculty payment request system, paying both permanent and intermittent faculty members, as well as processing a variety of other HR actions for faculty and staff.  She also serves as the HR Liaison for UNC Kenan-Flagler with central campus partners.

Shalonda is the first point of contact to the Human Resources Office and provides administrative support to the HR Team. Shalonda is responsible for managing and reconciling all P-Card transactions on behalf of the assistant dean of HR, submitting background check requests, posting external advertisement for the business school, and managing affiliate and independent contractor requests. She also manages the HR email inbox.
