You invested a significant amount of time and thinking in crafting your MBA application, and the admissions committee takes that seriously as they assess each element. Understanding what happens after you hit “submit” can provide clarity and peace of mind during this waiting period. Our thorough review process ensures that each application receives careful consideration. Here’s a detailed look into what happens next.
Initially, one of our admissions committee members carefully reviews your essays, transcripts, letters of recommendation, and resume. By reviewing these elements together, we begin to understand your goals, interests, and what inspires you to pursue an MBA.
Based on the initial evaluation, some candidates will receive invitations to interview. Interviewers will have access to your resume, but not the full application. Most interviews last about 30 minutes and are meant to be a conversational opportunity to get to know the real person behind the application. Here are some helpful tips as you prepare.
"We've refined our application review process because we truly appreciate the time and effort each applicant invests in their materials. Every candidate's submission undergoes review by multiple evaluators, ensuring we gain comprehensive insights to assess their fit for our program."
The second evaluation is performed by a different committee member who conducts a thorough review of your entire application. This includes your interview notes, test scores, and feedback from the initial evaluation. This approach ensures a comprehensive assessment of your candidacy.
The final decision recommendation is then presented to our full admissions committee, which includes experienced leaders from our MBA admissions team. Their collective discussion and evaluation aim to select a diverse cohort of talented individuals who will contribute meaningfully to our community.
